How secure is your website?

The short answer? Very. We care as much about the privacy of your information as you do. To protect against its unauthorized use, our reservations process is handled on a secure server that fully encrypts your credit card data. Read our Privacy Policy.

Do I need a credit card for an online reservation?

Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. Hopefully you have one.

How much will I be charged at the time of booking?

Good news. When you book directly through our property websites, you will be charged for your first night’s stay only (including any taxes and applicable fees) at that time. You will be billed the outstanding balance at check-in.

What is the cancellation policy for Dream Hotels?

Reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the individual hotel for the rates and dates booked. (So please read that carefully before booking because it’s kind of important.)

How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?

All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. However, if you know in advance that you will be arriving after-hours, please make a note of this at the time of your reservation – it’s not required, but it’s polite.

How can I reserve a group of rooms together?

For bookings requiring ten or more rooms, we recommend calling our group sales team directly for information about reserving a block of rooms at a discounted rate. (Score!)

Where to Stay & Play

Will there be Wi-Fi access at the Dream Hotel I choose?

Our hotels are committed to helping you stay connected. Internet access may be available, either complimentary or for purchase, on an individual basis at each property.

Do all Dream Hotels accept pets?

Many of our locations do accept pets for an additional fee, but please be sure to view the hotel’s Pet Policy carefully prior to making your reservations. (And bring Fluffy’s leash. That one’s a must everywhere.)
