The Highlight Room

At the apex of the Dream Hollywood is Tao Group's newest dining and nightlife concept, The Highlight Room. The luxe 11,000 square foot outdoor terrace, restaurant and lounge space is set high above Hollywood with priceless aerial views of the famed Hollywood sign and the Los Angeles skyline. The Highlight Room’s chic, modern sundeck is the ideal destination to relax by the pool on plush loungers or private cabanas while enjoying a light menu of Californian fare and handcrafted refreshments. The restaurant serves guests signature drinks and freshly prepared Californian fare from breakfast until mid-day. At sundown, this Hollywood retreat opens its doors to the rooftop bar and lounge.

Beauty & Essex

At over 10,000 square feet on North Cahuenga Boulevard, Beauty & Essex expands into its third location. The menu highlights Chef/Partner Chris Santos’ signature multi-ethnic dishes, and the space features a double-height main dining room with 20-foot oval skylight, an opulent private dining room, and outdoor seating on both levels.


Drawing strong inspiration from TAO Downtown in New York, TAO Los Angeles is a dynamic 300 seat restaurant and lounge, complete with four private dining rooms and a large bar. A grand staircase connects TAO’s two levels of seating, creating the ultimate platform to see and be seen. The menu, developed by Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, features a diverse menu of Asian-inspired specialties, focusing on Chinese, Japanese and Thai techniques and ingredients.

Luchini Pizzeria & Bar

Luchini Pizzeria & Bar heralds the launch of a new concept for TAO Group. Combining a ‘by-the-slice’ pizzeria with a sleek design, comfortable seating, and a full bar; Luchini Pizzeria & Bar will offer savory Italian eats, such as Baked n Stuffed Rigatoni, Spicy Calabrian Meatballs, and Pork Ribs ala Nonna, alongside red and white New York style pizza. TAO Group tapped Los Angeles native, Chef Alvin Cailan, to consult on the project following the success of his brand Eggslut. Luchini will also put a focus on using the highest quality ingredients along with delivering great service. Set to open daily at noon, the cafe is poised to become the go-to hangout for lunch, dinner, and late night eats, for those who want to grab a bite afterhours.
