“Could not have been worse”

Worst.Stay.EVER. I aws quoted 85.00 the week before we arrived so I booked the room only to find out when I arrived it was 95.00. The elevator was broken and the nice remodeled room (that smelled like FEET) on the 2nd floor they first put us in had a broken AC. It blew air but after an hour in the room and sweat running down our backs we had to BEG them to move us because that blowing air was HOT blowing air. They moved us to the third floor. Again, the elevator was broken and I have had two knee reconstructive surgeries which would have been one thing but having to pack up all our stuff andf schlep it up another flight of stairs in the heat was ridiculous. The room on the 3rd floor they put us in (with no apologies or assistance) was DISGUSTING. It was old ewith concrete walls and beds so close to the ground that the bedding looked questionable. Luckily the AC worked. We did not get to experience the free breakfast the next morning because it was held on thr FIFTH floor and again, it was hard enough getting up two flights of stairs let alone five for me. The original person that checked us in left a message for the manager for me. I never heard a word. The guy that checked us out the next morning was completely worthless. I asked for a discount because of our inconvenience with the first room, the heat, the having to move everything, the broken elevator, and the fact that the questionable room the moved us to was NOT what was advertised or in the website photos and he said nope. He too left a message for the manager. Yesterday I called and left a message for the manager. That is THREE messages over 4 days for this manager named "Maloo" and not one word. I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to spread the word about how horrific this place is and I will NEVER stay at a HoJo again.
