Among other things, Naked Taco lays one thing completely bare: Celebrity Chef Ralph Pagano’s love affair with Mexican food. With an emphasis on authentic and simple cuisine, the menu is highlighted by traditional taquitos and carnitas, along with dishes that Ralph calls "hecho a mano," (translation: “made by hand”), Ensenada street food with an upscale twist.
Diners are welcome to relax in three very distinctive spaces: the alfresco patio, Bar Noche, where patrons can work their way through 125 different tequilas, and Bar Manana, which begins and ends with the perfect cup of coffee.
