We know, we know… rules ruin everything. But without a few simple guidelines and policies, chaos quickly sets in. Do your part to preserving world order by keeping these guidelines in mind when booking your stay at Dream South Beach Miami.
- Accepted Currency: U.S. Dollars.
- Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m.
- Checkout Time: 12 noon.
- If there are any date changes a rate change and/or fee may apply.
- Must be 21 years of age to reserve a room.
- The hotel will authorized my credit card for full stay of room, tax, and incidentals; $75 per night up to $300 per stay (Cash paying guests need to pay this deposit at check-in).
2. ROOM OCCUPANCY
- Maximum Occupancy is 2 guests per King bedded room and 4 guests per double bedded room.
- Rollaway beds are not available.
- Cribs are available on a complementary basis.
3. PET POLICY
- Dogs less than 30 pounds are welcome and must not be left unattended in the room.
- There is a non-refundable $50 fee per pet per stay.
- Dream South Beach Miami is a non-smoking hotel. A $250 smoke recovery fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
- Valet parking is available for $38 per night.
6. HANDICAP ACCESS
- The hotel is wheelchair accessible.
- Hotel features 6 fully accessible rooms.
7. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT POLICY
- Requests are extended complimentary based on availability.
- If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.
8. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Room payments can be made in cash, although we do request a credit card at check-in to guarantee incidentals. Cash paying guests are required to pay a $75-per-day up to $300-per-stay incidental deposit
9. RESORT FEE
- There is a mandatory Resort Fee of $14.95 per room per night. This includes use of two luxury lounge chairs with pads and towels at the 11th Street Luxury Beach Hut, towels at pool, and complimentary 24-hour Wi-Fi in guestroom.
