Prepayment and cancellation policy:

• All booking is required 50% prepayment for 10 days prior to arrival
• The rest amount will be charged on the arrival date
• The booking is Non-refundable
• Non-refundable Date change of the reservation will be allowed up to 72 hours prior to arrival

Extra Person/Children Policy

• 1,200 baht net will be applicable for a third person with extra bed and breakfast (adult or child), with a maximum of one extra bed per room per night
• 200 baht net for child 4 – 11 years for sharing existing bedding with parents
• 1,000 baht net for extra bed only
• Extra bed will not be provided in Silver King room
• Baby cot available free of charge
